Drop off style
Our delivery staff will deliver your ordered meal in aluminum pans with disposable serving utensils. We recommend scheduling your delivery approximately 15-30 minutes prior to your dine time. Your guests will serve themselves.
Deluxe Delivery Style
Our delivery staff will deliver your ordered meal in aluminum pans with disposable serving utensils. Upon delivery we will set up disposable chaffing dishes to keep your food hot during the serving time. We recommend scheduling your deluxe delivery approximately 30 minutes prior to your dine time. Your guests will serve themselves.
Full Service Style
Our staff will arrive approximately one hour before your buffet starts. We will provide tables, linens, and all the chaffing dishes needed for your buffet. Our staff will serve the main entrée to each of your guests and ensure all dessert and drinks are prepared for you. We will take care of every aspect, from setting up the buffet to cleaning up afterwards, so you can enjoy your meal.
Partial Service
If you wish to only have an attendant serve the main entrée, just let us know. Depending on each need, we can accommodate this and provide you with the appropriate items needed and level of service.
